Born in 1970, Mr. Nevzat Burak Seyrek graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of International Relations. In 1990, he worked at Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. Credit Specialist at the Education Directorate, Credit Specialist at İşbank GmbH Frankfurt between 1994-1996, Deputy Manager at İşbank GmbH Frankfurt between 1996-2001, Deputy Manager at Başkent Branch between 2001-2004, between 2004-2007 He worked as Branch Manager at Ostim Branch, Ankara Central 2nd Region Manager between 2007-2010, Commercial Banking Product Department Manager between 2010-2011, Commercial Banking Sales Department Manager between 2011-2013, SME and Business Banking Sales Department Manager in 2013. Nevzat Burak Seyrek, who was appointed as the General Manager of İş Bankası AG on October 1, 2013, was appointed as the General Manager of İş Bankası A.Ş. in 2016. He was appointed as the Deputy General Directorate, and in December 2023, he will continue to serve as the Deputy General Directorate, and he still continues this duty.

Mr. Kubilay Aykol graduated from the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences of Middle East Technical University. He began his professional career in 1997 as an Assistant Auditor at Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş.

Throughout his career at İşbank, Mr. Aykol held various managerial positions: in 2006, he was appointed Branch Manager of the Merter Branch; in 2007, Assistant Manager of the Retail Banking Marketing Division; in 2009, Unit Manager within the same division; and in 2011, Head of the Retail Banking Products Division. Between June 2018 and August 2022, he served as Head of the Retail Loans Division.

In addition to his roles at İşbank, Mr. Aykol has held several board memberships. He served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Anadolu Anonim Türk Sigorta Şirketi from 2010 to 2018, as a Board Member at Milli Reasürans Türk A.Ş. between March 2018 and 2019, and as Vice Chairman of the Board between 2019 and 2021. He was also a Member of the Board of Directors at Birleşik İpotek Finansmanı A.Ş. (Turkey Mortgage Financing Company) from 2020 to March 2022, and at İş Real Estate Investment Trust Co. from 2021 to 2024.

Mr. Aykol was appointed General Manager of İş Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. on July 20, 2023, and currently serves as a Member of its Board of Directors. In addition, he holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at Sportive Spor Malzemeleri Ticaret A.Ş.

Having graduated from Middle East Technical University Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and taking masters and doctorate degrees at Syracuse University, Mr. Çakmakçı had worked at this university as a research assistant and lecturer between the years of 1990-1997. Mr. Çakmakcı had worked at Savunma Teknolojileri Mühendislik ve Ticaret A.Ş. between 1999-2003 as engineer and business development manager, worked for Technology Development Foundation of Turkey as Technology Policies and International Relations Coordinator in 2003, appointed to Assistant Secretary General position in 2005; he was appointed to the office of Secretary General and still continues to perform his duties at this position. Mr. Çakmakçı was elected as Board Member on 28.04.2006 and still continues to perform his duties as Vice Chairman. Mr. Çakmakçı was in charge of Mobiga Oyun Teknolojileri ve Ticaret A.Ş. as Chairman of the Board of Directors between 2008-2011, and he has carried out his duties at Teknoloji Yatırım A.Ş. as Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2006.

Mr. Cemal Küçüksözen completed his undergraduate education in the Department of Economics at Gazi University in 1984. He received his Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the Institute of Social Sciences at Gazi University in 1995 and completed his Ph.D. in Business Administration at the Institute of Social Sciences, Ankara University, in 2004.In addition to his education in Turkey, he pursued training in the United States on American Capital Markets, MBA courses, and Financial Systems and Markets. In 1997, he completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (USA, September 20 – October 24, 1997).He served as a Member of the Turkish Telekom Valuation Commission between 1996 and 1997, as a Member of the Turkish Telekom Sales and Tender Commission between 1998 and 2001, and as a Member of the Turkish Accounting Standards Board between 2007 and 2008. Between 1984 and 2016, he held various positions at the Capital Markets Board of Turkey, including Assistant Auditor, Auditor, Chief Auditor, Deputy Head of Department, Head of Department, and Advisor to the Chairman.From 2018 to 2020, he worked as the Administrative and Financial Affairs Coordinator at the Astaldi-Türkerler Joint Venture.He continues his professional and academic memberships in the Capital Markets Professionals Association, the Ankara Chamber of Certified Public Accountants (SMMM), and the Turkish Appraisers Association.

Mr. Özgür İncekara completed his undergraduate education at Hacettepe University, Faculty of Letters, Department of English Language in 1990. In 1990, while studying at the Department of Economics at Florida Atlantic University, he started working as Vice President at Olympus America Inc. After returning to Turkey, Özgür İncekara took part in the management team of İncekaralar A.Ş. He became Deputy General Manager in 1995, General Manager in 1997, and has been serving as Chairman of the Executive Board since 2002. He served as a Board Member of TÜGİAD (Turkish Young Businessmen Association) in 2002-2004, as a Board Member of TÜGİAD Ankara Branch in 2003-2006, and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of SADER (Health Products Industrialists and Representatives Association). In addition to being a Board Member of TEDMER (Turkish Ethical Values​​Foundation) between 2005 and 2006, and a Member of the ATO (Ankara Chamber of Commerce) Medical Device and Product Dealers and Private Hospitals Committee between 2005 and 2006, he was also a founding member of TEİD (Ethics and Reputation Association) in 2010. He took part as a member, as well as being a member of TKSSD (Turkish Corporate Social Responsibility Association), TKYD (Turkish Corporate Governance Association), SEIS (Turkish Health Industry Employers' Union), DEİK (Foreign Economic Relations Board) Asian and European Union Work Councils and Executive Board member. Memberships Turkey – Japan Business Council and Turkey-Denmark Business Council, TABA (Turkish American Businessmen Association), CCIFT (Turkish French Chamber of Commerce), BCCI (Turkish British Chamber of Commerce), AHK (German-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry), HUMED (Hacettepe University Alumni Association), Ankara Jazz Association and Beşiktaş Gymnastics Club (BJK). He served as a Member of the Board of Directors of SGT (Health Volunteers of Turkey) and as the President of the Turkish Medical Council in the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges (TOBB), which controls all trade between 2008 and 2020. He continues to make valuable contributions to the health sector as a member of the Ministry of Health, General Directorate of Treatment Services, Medical Device Scientific and Technical Advisory Commission, and is currently an active Advisory Board Member at TOBB University Electrical-Electronics Department.

Özge Bulut Maraşlı, who has studies on family Businesses at Sabancı Universıty and holds a Master’s degree, is a graduate of Boğaziçi University, Department of Economics. Özge Bulut Maraşlı, who has experience in FMCG, Media and Holdings with nearly 30 years of senior management, nearly 10 years of Board Membership and Chairmanship. His fields include finance, corporate entrepreneurship, strategic planning and business development. He is the Managing Partner of May Yapım, Chairman of the Board of Fabu Mühendislik, Independent Board Member of Fark Holding, BluTV and Slowtürk Radio. He works as a member of Two Zero Venture Capital Fund and Arya Investment Committee. Bulut Maraşlı, who took on senior management positions at Doğan Holding between 2006-2018, still continues his duty as a Consultant to the Board of Director of the Holding. Maraşlı, an active supporter of NGO’s in all fields and countries in which he has been active since 1996, and he is still a member of many associations.

Nuray Aksoy, who completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at Gazi University, Department of Business Administration, completed her undergraduate studies at Istanbul Commerce University Finance Institute. 1999 Training with Management tasks in Corporate and Commercial Branches in Business, Foreign Exchange and in Corporate Business in Corporate and Commercial Branches in final Marketing departments, Internal Department Branch audits, Resources Department Business Processes and Analysis, Recruitment and Orientation Training and Production Bank HR transformation programs could continue in the HR transformation programs at the Production Base with Aksoy, who is currently the Unit Manager in İşbank's Subsidiaries Department and continues to be a Member of the Board of Directors in İşbank's subsidiaries, has been appointed as 2 İş Private Equity Investment Trust A.Ş. He was appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Aksoy is also a member of the Early Detection of Risk Committee and Corporate Governance.

Ece Çeyrekli Akgüre graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law. She completed her master’s degree in Capital Markets and Commercial Law at Bahçeşehir University.

She began her professional career in 2006 as a lawyer at the Legal Counsel Department of Türkiye İş Bankası. She is currently serving as Regional Legal Counsel at the Subsidiaries Department of Türkiye İş Bankası.

In addition, she holds board memberships at Trakya Yatırım Holding A.Ş., İş Sanat A.Ş., and Casaba A.Ş.

Born in 1974 in Samsun, Umut Yiğit graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Public Administration at Abant İzzet Baysal University in 1996. He completed his Master’s degree in Banking and Finance at Bilgi University in 2020, and another Master’s degree in Management and Information Systems at Beykent University in 2024.

He began his career in 1998 as a clerk at Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. Merzifon Branch. In 2006, he was appointed Branch Manager of İskilip/Çorum, followed by a role as Branch Manager of Kutlukent/Samsun. In 2010, he became Assistant Regional Manager for Retail Sales at the Samsun Regional Sales Directorate.

After serving as Branch Manager in Karabük (2013) and Trabzon (2016), he was promoted to Regional Sales Manager of Trabzon in 2019. In May 2021, he assumed the position of Regional Sales Manager in Istanbul/Avcılar, and in December 2024, he was appointed Head of Agricultural Banking Marketing, a role he continues to hold.

Mr. Yiğit also serves as a Board Member at JOURMA GmbH and İmecemobil Tarım Platformu Elektronik Hizmetler Tic. A.Ş., and holds the title of Auditor at the TİBAŞ Pension Fund.

On March 24, 2025, he was elected as a Member of the Board of Directors at İş Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş.
